The second month of Heather of Notes from Lapland’s fabulous Secret Post Club and I was really excited.  Last month I went through that whole ‘will the package arrive?’, ‘will they like it?’, ‘will i feel like I’ve been really tight when I see what everyone else has sent?’ bag of nerves thing.

This month, I kept half an eye on new followers arriving at Twitter, intrigued to wonder if any of them were my partner (no, I didn’t guess!) and was delighted with my own pairing (yet to be revealed because I haven’t sent the darn thing).

Then a few days ago the postman, let’s call him Colin because, duh, that’s his name, rang the bell and offered me my little pile of mail which included a jiffy envelope with my name on it- literally.

God I love SPC, not least for the fact that the kids are all so envious…they can’t understand why I’M getting presents and not them!

I tore into the package and pulled out this little lot from the lovely Catherine at Baby Genie :-

I’d say that Catherine did a fantastic job on her research…. wouldn’t you?

Huge thanks to Catherine, it is all gorgeous.  The ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign is on my office door (I may have to employ a doorman to ensure its effectiveness), the chocolate long since eaten, natch, and the face masks are in my ‘special basket’ waiting for a couple of long, wine accompanied baths.

Another thank you to Heather who organises this whole thing.  Have you signed up yet?  If you haven’t, go back to the beginning of this post and click the link to her blog…you have permission now!
